🕵️‍♂️ A new content framework

PLUS price hikes and personalized landings

Hey thieves,

Thanks for all the feedback on The Steal Club’s new website! I’m taking all the feedback and working on improvements this week.

For those who asked how to unlock the full database:

  • If you bought “The Tactics” before (you rock), I’ll let you in later this week

  • If you didn’t, you can get it here

That said, let’s get into this week’s content, but first, a word from our sponsor 👇

Automated emails = More money

Most creators are clueless about how to write emails that consistently attract their ideal customers and clients (without sounding like a jerk).

But what if you could wake up every day and see automated sales coming in without lifting a finger?

Write the emails once, watch them do the magic.

My friend Matt Giaro has a knack for setting up automated income streams using emails.

In his latest Free course he’s breaking down exactly how to write an email sequence to transform strangers into rabid buyers (in 14 days, or less!)

I’ve known Matt for 2 years, and I recommend his systems because they’re simple, effective, and just work.

Stolen Tactics

#1 - Content Creation Framework → User persona generator + ChatGPT

In marketing, a “user persona” is a fictional character that represents a specific segment of a product's target audience. It’s often used to guide product design and marketing strategies.

Creating a user persona is very common in product and marketing teams, but not so much for content creation.

Let’s change that. This is a quick content creation framework I put together using Free User Persona Generator + ChatGPT

Here’s what I did:

  • In User Persona Generator, enter my “business” and my “target audience.” I picked two random topics to experiment 👇

  • Clicked on generate and this is what I got:

Really good. Now, I have pain points and barriers for that user persona. That’s content idea gold right there.

For the next step, we’ll take that info to ChatGPT.

I copied the tool's result and asked ChatGPT to give me 10 content ideas based on that. These are some of the answers:

  1. Transforming Your Workstation to Alleviate Back Pain

  2. Top 10 Exercises for Managing Chronic Back Pain at Home

  3. The Role of Nutrition in Managing Back Pain

  4. Alternative Therapies for Back Pain: What Works?

  5. Tools and Apps for Back Pain Relief

  6. Simple Adjustments to Reduce Back Pain and Boost Energy

Not bad! 6 good content ideas in just a few minutes, based on real pain points. The next step is to get to writing, but I’ll leave that up to you.

If you are stuck with this week’s content, go steal this!

🕵️‍♂️ Stolen from myself. Fun fact → The person behind User Persona Generator is Dan Kulkov, who I interviewed in Creator Heist

Disclaimer: This is not an ad, I just think the tool is really useful. And it’s free!

🕵️‍♂️ How to Steal it?

- Go to User Persona Generator

- Enter your business and target audience

- From the result page, copy paste it into ChatGPT

- Ask it to come up with 10 content ideas for it

I’m no expert but the ChatGPT prompt can definitely be tweaked to get better results, like adding more detail about what platform you are writing for, the content format you want, etc.

#2 - The price hike

Tactic stolen from The Vault

$80k+ in pre-sales for Steph Smith's new product. The secret sauce?

The "Price Hike" strategy.

Here's how it works for her newest product, Internet Pipes:

  • Price started at $30

  • Price hike of $20 for every 20 sales

  • Constant social media updates about price increase

What I love about it is the baked-in scarcity and the FOMO it generates.

Most people would think twice before spending $250+ on a product. But this pricing strategy makes it seem like you need to get it now, or else you'll miss a huge opportunity.

🕵️‍♂️ Stolen from Steph Smith

🕵️‍♂️ How to Steal it?

Set an initial price and the number of units you want for each price. I recommend starting with a lower price to boost initial sales.

Then, as sales start coming in, open a thread on social media and post updates so people can follow up.

The goal is to generate that sense of FOMO and urgency that they should get your product now.

This tactic is part of the locked tactics on The Vault.

#3 - Personalize the landing page based on the traffic source

Usually, when you advertise your product in someone else's newsletter (either as an ad or as a cross-promotion), you redirect people to your regular landing page and call it a day.

Matt Giaro, today’s sponsor, instead personalized the landing page for his product just for my audience (aka you).

He includes my picture so you recognize the source + a testimonial 👇

Usually, newsletter ads lead to a genetic landing page that can be tailored to anyone.

By sending people to a personalized landing page, you make the ad way more effective as you leverage the trust of the person sending them to the page (me, in this case).

🕵️‍♂️ Stolen from Matt Giaro. Go check out the actual landing page to see it in action!

🕵️‍♂️ How to Steal it?

Personalize your landing pages and tailor them to where you are promoting them:

- Personalize the copy to fit the brands of the person that's sending you traffic

- Add their picture

- Add a Testimonial

In general, make it feel less like an ad and more like a friend shouting out another friend.
